Indemnity Statement

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paulight Properties Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from use of Paulight vehicles during the course of conducting site / property visits or use of materials, your breach of this agreement and or claims. Paulight Properties Ltd shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit of proceeding and shall assist at your expense, defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
